The Kidcaboo Parents app is user-friendly. Simply download the app, create an account, and set up detailed profiles for your children, including hobbies, interests, allergies, medical conditions, and essential contact information. To enhance security, a secret word is created, known only to you and authorized individuals like guardians or teachers. This word can be modified at any time to guarantee the child's safety and proper handover.

After setting up your account and profiles, booking rides is a straightforward process. Specify the pickup location, purpose of the ride, and if it’s one-way or round-trip. For routine rides such as school commutes or extracurricular activities, Kidcaboo offers seamless management and additional care options upon request.

For group trips involving multiple children traveling together, organizing a Carpool is effortless. Invite other parents from your contacts list via a unique code sent through text message. If recipients have the Kidcaboo app installed, they can join the Carpool directly by inputting the code in their app. Those without the app will receive a download link.

Upon successful booking, an experienced Driving Nanny is assigned with details shared for your peace of mind. Equipped with dual-facing cameras and dedicated safety software, each Driving Nanny ensures a secure ride experience. Rigorous vetting processes including background checks and interviews contribute to assembling a trustworthy pool of drivers.

Additionally, Kidcaboo employs system-wide monitoring to track every ride in real-time, providing an extra layer of security throughout the journey. Although currently serving Northern and Central New Jersey, Kidcaboo has ambitions to expand nationwide in the near future.
